Upper Booth Campsite is situated on a working farm on the National Trust's High Peak estate in the Peak District National Park. The site nestles in the western end of Edale alongside Crowden Brook as it tumbles down from the Kinder plateau. We are pleased to be listed in "Cool Camping" ~ 40 exceptional campsites.

Upper Booth Campsite and camping barn make an ideal base for walkers to explore the hills and moors of the High Peak. Indeed the Pennine Way actually passes through the Upper Booth Farmyard. The walks in this area of the Dark Peak originating from Upper Booth vary from leisurely valley bottom strolls to the more challenging routes onto the moorland of the Kinder Plateau via Crowden Clough or Jacob's Ladder.

We are pleased to be able to add fresh fruit/veg boxes to our Hampers for Campers. Supplied by local fruit and veg merchant and delivered by local farmer who has diversified into box scheme. From £5 Support local businesses, reduce waste!!!

Spring has arrived!
Arrivals at Upper Booth Farm this weekend include lots of campers, 2 Belted Galloway calves, more lambs than I can count, a swallow and a waxwing which we assume turned the wrong way on its migration home! See you soon.

Please note: Vehicles will be kept off camping fields (there is limited parking adjacent to the site) when ground conditions dictate. Please ensure that you have paid and got tent tag BEFORE pitching. Occasionally we are finding that confirmation emails that we send are not arriving or coming back to us, please ring if you have not received a reply o your booking within 24hrs. See you soon
