Upper Booth Camping - Conditions of use

 

  1. The named person on the booking form is responsible for ensuring that ALL campers on their booking are in agreement to abide by these condidtions of stay.
  2. WE ARE NOT A SUITABLE SITE FOR GROUPS/PARTIES OF MORE THAN 4 TENTS  - for your enjoyment and that of others please respect. Please note that we do not accept smoking on site.
  3. Please book in and pay BEFORE you pitch. Tent tags must be clearly displayed at all times.
  4. Arrival is expected after 3.00pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
  5. All posscessions and vehicles should be removed from site before 12 noon on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
  6. Open fires of any sort are not permitted. Responsibly used BBQs are acceptable.
  7. Users are required to respect other site users, residents, livestock and wildlife at all times.
  8. This is a QUIET SITE after 10.30pm.
  9. Fireworks are not permitted at any time.
  10. Dogs must be under close control at all times.
  11. All people visiting campers must book  in and pay on arrival and be OFF SITE by 6pm (£2 per person £2 per car per day)
  12. Strictly no under 18's without supervision.
  13. Please ensure that the landscape and environment is maintained for others to enjoy by NOT removing stones from walls or climbing on walls, gates and fences.

    Environmental Policy
    At Upper Booth Farm we are proud of our environmental achievements. Please help us reduce our environmental impact. Bring minimal packageing (use Hampers For Campers!) and recycle in bins provided or take your waste home with you. Your support is much appreciated.

    Hampers for Campers
    Don't forget that you can order food to collect on arrival. Our Hamper For Campers can be ordered from the website - click on Sales Minimum 14 days notice and full payment with order please. Local produce, reduce food miles, support local businesses.

    2010 Prices
    Prices for Camping and Cars remain at 2009 rates. We have increased prices for minibuses and trailers (minibus's £4 per night and trailers £5 per night) A reminder......... that we can not accept motorhomes or any other vehicle larger than a 16 seater minibus, individuals or groups being "dropped off" should NOT come to the farm but disembark at the carpark in Barber Booth.
