Upper Booth Camping - Conditions of use

 This is a NO SMOKING site

  1. The named person on the booking form is responsible for ensuring that ALL campers on their booking are in agreement to and abide by these condidtions of stay. Failure to comply will result in early termination of stay and no refunds.
  2. WE ARE NOT A SUITABLE SITE FOR GROUPS/PARTIES OF MORE THAN 4 TENTS  - for your enjoyment and that of others please respect. Please note that we do not accept smoking on site.
  3. Please book in and pay BEFORE you pitch. Tent tags must be clearly displayed at all times.
  4. Arrival is expected after 3.00pm and BEFORE 9.30pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
  5. All posscessions and vehicles should be removed from site before 12 noon on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.
  6. NO fires of any sort, . Responsibly used, charcoal only, BBQs are acceptable.
  7. NO Fireworks or Chinese Lanterns.
  8. Users are required to respect other site users, residents, livestock and wildlife at all times.
  9. This is a QUIET SITE after 10.30pm.
  10. Dogs must be under close control at all times.
  11. Visitors must book  in and pay on arrival and be OFF SITE by 6pm (£4 per person £3 per car per day)
  12. Strictly no under 18's without supervision.
  13. Please ensure that the landscape and environment is maintained for others to enjoy by not removing stones from walls or climbing on walls, gates and fences.

    Friends of the Peak District Walk
    One incredible place. Three magnificent walks. Celebrate and protect the Peak District landscapes with Friends of the Peak District's Magnificent Charity Walk. Sunday 15 April 2011 Join Friends of the Peak District, the charity dedicated to caring for the Peak District Countryside, on their charity walk to raise funds to care for this beautiful, but fragile place. Starting from the stunning Thornbridge Hall, there is a choice of three magnificent walks: 1. The 21 Mile Challenge - taking in some of most the iconic places of the Peak District including Chatsworth Park, Derwent Valley Heritage Way, the Monsal Trail and Frogatt Wood. 2. The Magnificent 7 Miles - a whistle stop tour round some of the most inspiring views and places in the Peak District including Monsal Dale, Litton, Cressbrook, Little Longstone, Great Longstone and Brushfield. 3. The Three Cake Challenge - a short relaxing walk, suitable for even the smallest of feet, with 3 cake stops on route. Taking in the Monsal Trail and exclusive access to gardens of Thornbridge Hall. All walks return you to Thornbridge Hall where you can rest your weary feet, enjoy a well deserved drink and take a rare opportunity to look round the grounds of this private home.     A Happy New Year to all past and future campers. We look forward to welcoming you in 2012. New facilities are looking great, unfortunately STILL not operational due to circumstances beyond our control.We are doing all we can to have them functioning be the time we open. See you soon

Bank Holidays (Fri/Sat/Sun nights) £6 per person (NO CONCESSIONS)
